Shipping & Delivery Policy

Sort Hunt Academy currently provides online/digital educational services and does not currently ship physical products. If physical products are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

How Delivery Works

• You select the service (for example, a live webinar).
• You complete payment through our authorized payment provider.
• Your registration/payment is confirmed.
• Joining instructions are provided through appropriate communication channels before the session.
• You attend the scheduled online session.
• Any applicable certificate, PDF, notes, prompt library or other material is provided only when included with that particular service.

Joining information may be sent via:

• WhatsApp
• SMS
• Other communication methods displayed during registration

If You Don't Receive Joining Information

Please check:

• Your email inbox
• Spam/Junk and Promotions folders
• WhatsApp/SMS on your registered mobile number
• That the contact details you registered with are correct
