These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Sort Hunt Academy's website and services. By registering for or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms. For any questions, contact sorthunt.support@gmail.com.

1. Business & Services

Sort Hunt Academy provides online educational and professional development services, including:

• Live webinars
• Online workshops
• AI training
• Practical learning sessions
• Mentorship
• Courses and other digital educational services that may be introduced in the future

Services are primarily delivered online. Sessions are generally around 90 minutes, but some sessions may extend up to approximately 3 hours, depending on the subject and format.

2. Registration & Payment

• You must provide accurate registration information (name, email, mobile number).
• Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another authorized third-party payment provider. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply.
• Please review the service details carefully before payment.
• Payment confirmation does not automatically mean that every requested customization or additional service is included unless specifically stated.

3. Pricing

Our current pricing is presented as a genuine offer — for example, Launch Offer — ₹149. We do not use fake crossed-out prices, fake discounts, fake countdowns, fake scarcity or fake social proof. Any promotional claim we make is genuine and supportable.

4. No Guaranteed Results

We teach skills and practical methods, but individual results depend on the learner.

We do not guarantee:

• Jobs or employment
• Salary increases or promotions
• Income, clients or business growth
• Financial returns
• Any specific career outcome

5. Learning Materials & Certificates

Materials such as certificates, prompt libraries, PDFs, notes and templates may be provided depending on the specific session or service. Not every session automatically includes all of these — please check the details of the session you register for.

Where a certificate is offered, it is a Certificate of Participation/Completion. It is not government-certified, university-accredited or an official professional license, and we do not represent it as such.

6. Intellectual Property

All original training material, course content, written content, prompt libraries, PDFs, templates, branding, logos, website content and other proprietary materials remain the intellectual property of Sort Hunt Academy or their respective owners.

Participants may use permitted materials for their own personal learning and ordinary work/productivity purposes. Participants must not:

• Resell or redistribute proprietary materials
• Upload them publicly
• Commercially reproduce them
• Share proprietary prompt libraries commercially
• Claim Sort Hunt Academy's materials as their own

7. Recording & Screenshots

Unless Sort Hunt Academy expressly permits otherwise, participants must not:

• Record or screen-record sessions
• Screenshot proprietary training material
• Livestream sessions
• Redistribute session content
• Share access links with others

Materials are intended for the registered participant's own learning.

8. Participant Conduct

Sort Hunt Academy may remove or restrict access for participants who engage in abusive behaviour, harassment, threats, disruption, fraud, unauthorized recording, intellectual property infringement, unauthorized distribution or deliberate misuse of the service. Any legal action will only be taken where appropriate and permitted under applicable law.

9. Attendance

Attendance is the participant's responsibility. Please ensure you have:

• Suitable internet access
• A compatible device
• Required software/apps
• A working email/phone
• Access to the joining instructions sent to you

10. Third-Party Platforms

Sessions may use third-party platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, payment gateways, email providers and hosting services. You may also be subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Sort Hunt Academy's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service. Nothing in these terms removes or limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, while preserving mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
